Cellulite Massager
Cellulite Reduction Electric Massagers – Do they work?
Cellulite can be embarrassing, but it’s not just a matter of losing weight. Anyone can get it.
Cellulite is not just fat—it's a condition where fat deposits push through to just under the surface of the skin, creating a lumpy, uneven texture.
The best treatments for cellulite are the ones that try to smooth out the skin so that it looks plump and firm rather than uneven and lumpy.
Does Massage Help Cellulite?
There are a bunch of different massage treatments that claim to help cellulite, but does cellulite massage actually work?
An early study from 1997 in the Netherlands showed that using an electric massager three times a week for 15 minutes on the thighs "significantly smoothens" the top layer of skin, although the effect is not permanent and will eventually fade.[1]
More expensive treatments use things like suction massage, skin rolling, freezing, and retinol creams. Suction Massage of cellulite is based on the idea that the fatty deposits can be broken up and smoothed out by kneading them, which also encourages blood flow and lymphatic drainage.[2]
Endermologie, or mechanical body contouring, is the pricey version of cellulite massage. It involves several treatments where a suction massager is used over cellulite for about 45 minutes per session and requires many sessions. It shows signs of smoothing out cellulite.[3]

How long to massage cellulite
Whether painful suction, laser, light pulses, freezing, or creams, no one treatment is proven to get rid of cellulite. The most you can do is to smooth it out so that your problem areas look less bumpy.
Using a powerful vibration electric body massager three times a week on your problem areas is one way to smooth out cellulite.
Multipurpose Body Massager for Anti Cellulite - Review
Rating: ★★★★★
Daiwa Felicity Mini Handheld Cordless Powerful Vibration Multipurpose Body Massager with 4 attachments
An anti-cellulite massager can be used for cellulite reduction to help smooth out the appearance of lumpy, uneven skin texture.
The Daiwa Felicity Multipurpose Body Massager is a beauty and slimming massager that can be used all over. It is a rotating vibration massager that is cordless and rechargeable, and it comes with four attachment heads for different uses.
For cellulite reduction massage, use one of the more textured massage heads. Set the massager to its highest/strongest setting and massage your problem areas for about 15 minutes each. Do this 3 times per week. After a few weeks, you should see an improvement in the appearance of cellulite.
Cons: No suction or pulsing-light massage, only regular vibration massage. Only comes in one color.
Final review: For the price, the Multipurpose Body Massager is powerful and super easy to use as a cellulite reduction massager. Other electric cellulite massagers that use suction, etc., are far more expensive even though research shows that they perform about the same. So this is an ideal body slimming massager for the cost.
