Role Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling massage chairs at vendor events, trade shows, fairs, and retail pop-ups. This role focuses on engaging event attendees, delivering product demonstrations, and closing sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage event attendees in a friendly, confident manner
Demonstrate massage chairs, highlighting key features, benefits, and differentiators
Create a compelling, hands-on customer experience that encourages trial and purchase
Answer customer questions and overcome objections effectively
Close sales on-site and accurately process transactions
Maintain an organized, attractive booth setup that draws attention
Track leads, sales, and customer interactions throughout the event
Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily sales targets
Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and displays
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to sell in face-to-face environments (retail, events, or direct sales preferred)
Confidence in approaching and ಮಾತನಾಡing to strangers
Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain product features
High energy, self-motivation, and resilience in a commission-driven environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and working weekends or irregular hours
Basic math and payment processing skills

Background in wellness, fitness, or luxury consumer products
