Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Driver / Delivery & Installation Technician to join
our growing team.
This is much more than a driving position. You'll play an important role in delivering
premium massage chairs and wellness products, professionally installing equipment in
customers' homes and businesses, and creating an exceptional customer experience from
start to finish.
No previous massage chair experience is required—we provide paid training.
What You'll Do
• Safely operate company delivery vehicles (non-CDL)
• Deliver premium massage chairs and wellness products to residential and
commercial customers
• Load, unload, and secure products for safe transportation
• Professionally assemble and install products on-site
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor service repairs (paid training provided)
• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory organization, and shipping activities
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and company records
• Represent U.S. Jaclean professionally while providing outstanding customer service
• Work closely with warehouse staff, dispatch, and management to ensure timely
deliveries
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations

Required Qualifications
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous warehouse, moving, furniture delivery, appliance installation, or delivery
experience
• Forklift experience
• DOT Medical Certificate (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
This position is active and hands-on.
Applicants must be able to:
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently
• Assist team members with moving products weighing up to approximately 300
pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach throughout the workday
• Work in warehouse and outdoor environments during varying weather conditions
Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as business needs require
• Out-of-state deliveries may require travel and overnight stays away from home.

Role Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling massage chairs at vendor events, trade shows, fairs, and retail pop-ups. This role focuses on engaging event attendees, delivering product demonstrations, and closing sales in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively approach and engage event attendees in a friendly, confident manner
Demonstrate massage chairs, highlighting key features, benefits, and differentiators
Create a compelling, hands-on customer experience that encourages trial and purchase
Answer customer questions and overcome objections effectively
Close sales on-site and accurately process transactions
Maintain an organized, attractive booth setup that draws attention
Track leads, sales, and customer interactions throughout the event
Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily sales targets
Assist with setup and breakdown of event equipment and displays
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to sell in face-to-face environments (retail, events, or direct sales preferred)
Confidence in approaching and ಮಾತನಾಡing to strangers
Ability to quickly learn and clearly explain product features
High energy, self-motivation, and resilience in a commission-driven environment
Comfortable standing for long periods and working weekends or irregular hours
Basic math and payment processing skills
Preferred Experience
Experience in event sales, kiosks, or trade shows
Background in wellness, fitness, or luxury consumer products
Demonstration-based selling experience
Performance Metrics
